Return Policy for the Digital Movie Code

The Digital MOVIE code is valid and has never been previously used. We don't accept the return for any order. We are happy to send you a new replacement code if the code does not work.

Return Policy for the Toys (Lego)

• For the TOYS, we accept the return within 30 days after receiving your item. 
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at wematchamazon@gmail.com by providing the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
• If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  
• Buyer needs to pay the return shipping cost and 20% restocking fee if you return it unless the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
